OK. I've done INSANITY a few times since my last post HERE, but never got around to updating you all.
I've done a few rounds last year, however I've now taken it to another level. I'm already a certified Group EX instructor and Personal Trainer, but got my certification two weeks ago!! YIPPIE!!

Hi everyone. I took my third FIT TEST earlier today in addition to doing a scheduled ONE HOUR workout (today's the first day of month two for me), so it was fun, but very intense, to say the least!
I'll compare with FIT TEST 2 and today's test.
FIT TEST TWO FIT TEST THREE
Switch kicks 120 127
Power jacks 55 63
Power knees 92 98

Low plank oblique 40 49
The only two numbers that have remained the same on all three fit test are: the globe jumps and suicide jumps.
This was followed by Max Interval Circuit--one hour. :-)

Well. numbers don't lie, either. I took my second FIT TEST today and here are the results. I initially posted them as text on the side of the blog, but this may be a better read:

Improved in almost every category! Two categories stayed the same. On the first Fit Test, I didn't even attempt the push up jacks because by the time I figured them out, the clock started ticking! :-) Looking forward to more improved results in two more weeks!

Greetings. Just wanted to catch you up to let you know that as of Saturday, July 24, I completed week one of INSANITY!
It was (and still is) a very tough workout. I'm able to do some of the moves longer. I also see an improvement as well. That's not to say that I don't get tired because I do. I take short breaks (maybe a few seconds) in between some of the workouts and then I keep it moving. :-)
I always feel better after each one. I also noticed immediately that I have been sleeping much better since I've been doing INSANITY. Starting to see some changes

Had to get some new tennis shoes. You have to have good support with this program.As you can see from my first post, I did my FIT TEST last Wednesday (7/14). Insanity includes the FIT TEST as a calender workout (it is a workout in and of itself), so my days this week may be slightly off. So my first workout was actually the "Plyometric Cardio Circuit."
